Ivette Barajas, our neighborhood realtor, sold my home within 45 days on the market! I was so excited! I had quite a bit of activity on a weekly basis. Ivette was extremely aggressive, professional and organized. She continued to market the home with an open house, kept the house as an active listing, and continued to show the home (for a backup offer) even after receiving the offer. It was a very smooth transition and she was extremely helpful.
